The Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped is located upstairs and serves a sixteen county area. The following Counties are included:

LBPH provides a Cassette Player and books on tape free of charge to qualified patrons. Books are mailed free of charge, but patrons are always welcome to visit the library. Hours are Monday thru Friday, 9:00am until 5:00pm. For more information call:
