Arthritis Self-Management 1-2:30 p.m. Thursdays, August 7 through September 11
This six-week course is designed for people with arthritis and related conditions. Benefits of the course include decreased pain and increased self-management for arthritis. Taught by the Northern Kentucky Health Dept. Call 859-363-2061 ext. 2328 to register.
Stitch & Scoop 10 a.m.-noon Saturday, August 9
Come one and all! If you know how to stitch - be it knit, crochet, cross or any other kind - we want you to join us for great laughs as we reveive the lost crafts in America. Bring your projects and enjoy great conversations while learning new techniques. Open to all ages. Beginners welcomed. No registration required.
