Representatives from the State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP) will be at the library to provide enrollment and comparison assistance for Medicare Part D plans. Representatives from Social Security will take applications for the low-income subsidy to help pay for Medicare Part D. Part D open enrollment runs from Nov. 15-Dec. 31 of each year. You MUST bring the following to your appointment: Medicare ID card & prescription bottles or medication names plus the dosage. Call 824-2080 for an appointment.
