It is sponsored by the South Carolina State Library and is available to anyone with a library card. DISCUS includes Gale InfoTrac, Access Science, Britannica Online, and SIRS Knowledge Source.
DISCUS also provides access to the following business research databases: Business and Company Resource Center, General BusinessFile Asap, and Small Business Resource Center.

Ferguson's Career Guidance Center: a career research database that provides information on more than 3,300 jobs and 94 industries. It contains articles and videos that provide advice on job applications, the interview process, professional behavior, career skills and more. Also included are sample resumes and cover letters. In addition, this database can be searched for information on scholarships, internships, fellowships, and more.
