Welcome to the Friends of the Highland Park Library's home page
THE HOMES OF THE PARK CITIES, by Virginia McAlester, Willis Winters, Prudence Mackintosh and with photographs by Steve Clicque, is available in local stores and book stores, as well as online through Amazon.com.
A non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, the Friends of the Highland Park Library was organized July 28, 1981. Membership is open to all who are interested.
Since its creation in 1981 the Friends has paid half of all costs to automate the Library, has purchased PCs and other equipment, has provided special Story Hours, and has helped the Library in many other ways. Your tax-deductible contribution is sincerely appreciated.
If you would like more information about the Friends, please contact the Library Director, Bonnie N. Case, at 214-559-9400 Tuesday - Saturday. If you would like to make a tax-deductible donation, please send it or take it to the Library in the Town Hall at 4700 Drexel Drive, Highland Park, TX 75205-3198.
