The Friends of the Library are a group of volunteers who raise money to purchase library materials and special items for the library. They also help host community events and help support the Children's Library. The Friends of the Library operate the Book Shoppe in the entrance of the library. All proceeds from the Friends Shoppe are used to make the library better and more efficient.
If you would like to be a member of the Friends, please visit the Ruidoso Public Library and speak with the volunteer in the Friends Shoppe, or with any library staff member. You can also email library@ruidoso-nm.gov and mention that you would like to join.
