Library Cards
To borrow books and other materials individuals must complete a library card application. A valid driver's license or other proof of identity is required at time of application.
Signature of a parent or legal guardian is required for persons 16 years of age or younger.
Library cards issued at any Rusk County Library System location may be used at all four libraries.
