Interlibrary Loan

Patrons may request materials from other libraries when the items are unavailable in the Trinity County Library System. The Trinity County Library is a member of the North State Cooperative Library System (NSCLS) and participates via subscription to OCLC (Online Computer Library Center), one of the largest bibliographic utilities in the world. Because the Trinity County Library cannot afford to purchase every book that is published, it provides interlibrary loan access to the collections of other libraries.
