OUR MISSION:
West Baton Rouge Parish Library is dedicated to improving the quality of life of parish residents by providing free access to information in both traditional and electronic formats. The library offers a wide variety of high-demand books for leisure reading and popular audio-visual materials. Professional assistance is made available to residents who request help in using library resources. The library serves as a lifelong learning center by offering a full program of activities for people of all ages that supports reading and reading readiness, computer literacy, use of the library, formal education, and self-study. West Baton Rouge Parish Library continually reassesses the environment in which it operates and adapts its collection and services as the community changes. |
