Personal computers are provided to the Windsor Severance Library District users to encourage development of computer literacy, for reference and informational needs, to provide public access to basic computer applications, and to encourage patrons to use software programs available in the library collection.

Library staff will provide assistance to users, but will not provide in-depth instruction.


Computers are available to patrons of all ages. Children age seven and younger must be accompanied by an adult when using equipment.

Patrons may not use personal programs on library computers.
