Note: Your default PIN
is the last 4 digits of your phone number. If you do not have a
phone, it is 0000. Please use the "Change PIN" button on the
My Account page if you wish to set a different number as your PIN. If you are still having trouble, please call the Circulation Desk at 773-3242 ext. 10.
Renew an item from any Internet
computer
- Click on "My Account" in the tab bar on the CRDL pages.
- Enter your library card number as your Patron ID Number and your PIN
Number (the last 4 digits of your phone number.)
- Click Submit Request.
- To renew any of your books at home, click in the box next to the items
to be renewed and then click Renew Checked Items.
- If you are having difficulty renewing an item, check for the following:
- Remember that items can only be renewed once.
- You will be charged an additional $1.00 to renew a video.
- Your account may be blocked because of excessive fines or long overdue items
- 14-day loan items cannot be renewed.
- Call the Circulation Desk at 773-3242 if you need further assistance.

Place an item on hold from any
Internet computer
- Browse the catalog from our home page or click on “Search”
in the tab bar to see more searching options.
- Click on the book title to see the full book record.
- Click the Hold Request button at the top of the item record.
- Enter your library card number as your Patron ID Number and your PIN
Number (the last 4 digits of your phone number.)
- Click Submit Request. You should receive a message
confirming your hold. If you receive any other message, please call
the Circulation Desk at 773-3242 for assistance.
Remote Access from any Internet computer
To connect to many of our online Reference sources:
- Click on the Connect at Home button in the tab bar or on the Web Sources page.
- Enter your library card number as your Patron ID Number and your PIN
Number (the last 4 digits of your phone number.)
- Click Submit Request.
- Choose any resource from the list. Enter your search information and enjoy!
