NEW BOOK! Edisto History
Dr. Charles Spencer will present a book talk and book signing on THURSDAY, May 15 at 6 PM at the library (Walterboro). This extensively researched history of Edisto Island is divided into two volumes: Edisto Island, 1663 - 1869 (vol. 1) and Edisto Island, Ruin, Recovery, & Rebirth, 1861-2006. A long awaited publication! He will present the same program at our Edisto Beach Branch library on Wed., May 14 at 5 p.m.
