Infant & Preschool Storytimes
Sign up now for infant and preschool storytimes, which are full of songs, stories, finger plays, crafts and more. Storytimes meet once a week and regular attendance is appreciated. If your child is unable to attend, please call ahead. Contact the Children’s Department to register, 925-2414 extension 320. Thank you and we look forward to seeing you at storytime!

Book Buddies
The library is looking for a few good Book Buddies to continue this popular program for the second year. This program offers opportunities for children 3 - 6 years old. This will help parents/caregivers learn ways to nurture reading, writing, and language skills at home.

Book Buddies includes a circle time for children and caregivers come together for a story, music and finger plays, followed by children playing and learning with other buddies their age. They explore centers that develop skills needed in preparation for future success in school. While children play together in a supervised room, parents/caregivers meet with a parent educator who shows them ways to work with their child at home with make and take storyboards and learning games.

Book Buddies meet once a month Space is limited to the first 15 who fill out and return a registration form located in the Children's Department.
