EMOS -Outreach Programming provides both programming support and programming presentation to community organizations who are attempting to provide information, advance knowledge, stimulate thinking, or encourage recreational reading.

• Concept Kits may encourage reading and book related learning for child daycare centers. Each kit may include books, puppets, flannelgraphs, fingerplays, songs, and craft ideas. Several kits are available:
