Who can use the Base Library? Air Force Instructions for libraries (AFI 34-270) set out the guidelines.


Eligible for Library Use:

• Active duty members and their dependents


• Retired military personnel and dependents


• Members of the Armed Forces Reserves and their dependents


• DoD civilians, regular NAF employees and their family members


• Civilians working for Government contractors on Base


• Education Center students who have proof of registration in a course held on Eglin AFB.
