Tonight is the THIRD in a series of four Tuesday workshops on Lean Management: February 27, March 6, March 13, and March 20. Lean management is an important skill set to save time and money, and to decrease waste and rework. The workshops are free and open to the public.
Presenting the workshops is Professor Sabita Sawhney from the MUM College of Business. Professor Sawhney teaches operations management, supply chain management, marketing management, and marketing research. Areas of research interest include green supply chains, buyer-supplier partnerships, self development and trust.
She has presented papers at several prestigious conferences including Purchasing and Operations Management Society (POMS), Decision Science Institute (DSI), and Midwest Business Administration Association (MBAA).
Funding for these Biz Training workshops is part of a year-long grant that the M.U.M. College of Business received from the U.S. Department of Agriculture. There is no admission fee, and advance registration is not required.
