Are you leaving money on the table? Enjoy a four-part workshop e on Negotiation with Professor Rajeev Sawhney as part of MUM's College of Business yearlong celebration of business knowledge funded by the USDA.
Negotiation is an important element of everyone’s life, both personal and work. We negotiate numerous times throughout the day both at work and at home. Negotiations can be defined as an exchange between two or more parties that aim at resolving incompatible but common goals. It is assumed that communication between these parties is possible and that intermediate solutions or compromises are achievable
Research shows that less than 4 percent of the negotiations reach win-win outcomes and the outright lose-lose outcomes happen more than 20 percent of the times. This workshop is designed to help you increase the chances of reaching a win-win outcome in difficult and diverse negotiating situations.
