Library Cards: Library cards are issued free of charge to residents of Fluvanna County and surrounding counties (Albemarle, Buckingham, Cumberland, Goochland and Louisa). A parental or guardian signature is required when children under the age of 18 apply for a library card. Library cards are valid for three years and may be renewed at the patron’s request at the end of three years.
