Except when the library is being used for meetings, it is open for readers when the offices of the school are open, and this is usually 9 to 4:30 Tuesday through Friday and 9 to 4 on Saturday.
The librarian is onsite when school is in session, usually 5 pm to 9:30 pn on Tuesday and Thursday and 9 to 4 on Saturday.
Circulation is available to registered patrons only, to those who possess a barcoded library card. If you registered for the library before the advent of the barcoded library cards, you will need to come in for a new card from the librarian.
Priority in circulation is given to current students and faculty of the school, with secondary priority given to clergy and laity of the Diocese of Long Island. Individuals who fit none of these criteria, who yet desire to circulate materials, must apply to the librarian for circulationg privileges.
Circulation privileges entail agreement with the following:
- Patrons must present their library card each time materials are borrowed.
- Patrons must return materials on time and pay overdue fees.
- Patrons must paty the cost of replacing lost or damaged materials.
