| 11/17/2009 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Medicare Part D Prescription Signup Once a year, senior citizens are allowed to change their Medicare Prescription Part D plan. The choices are overwhelming and confusing, but there is help. Represenatives from the State Health Insurance Assisance Program (SHIP) will be at the library to provide enrollment and comparison assistance for Part D plans. Representatives from Social Security will take applications for the low-income subsidy to help pay for Part D. Open enrollment runs from Nov. 15 through Dec. 31 of each year.
