To get a free library card, you must live, work, or go to school in Harrison. Proof of address (in the form of a driver's license, utility bill or bank statement postmarked with your current name and address) and an identification are required.

There is a non-resident fee of $20.00 per year for persons who are not Harrison residents.

If you work in Harrison there is a fee of $2.00 per year with proof of employment.

Note: Lost card fee is $5.00.
