Community Room Policy
Community Room Rental Policy
Room
Size: 21' x 39', capacity is 50 people.
Terms
of Use:

There is a charge of $50.00 for profit-making
organizations; no charge for non-profit groups.

Any community group can apply, the decision to allow a
group to use the room is left to the discretion of the
library director and board of directors of the library.

Solicitation is not allowed.

The organization must supply the library with promotional
materials about their organization, if possible.

A Certificate of Insurance should be provided by all
corporations and incorporated non-profit groups.

The users must clean the room after the meeting.
Garbage must be thrown away and tables and floors cleaned
(if need be). Furniture does not have to be moved back to
it's original position.

Light refreshments may be served.

The library reserves the right to cancel
meetings/events. The user will be notified as soon as
possible and will be able to reschedule.
