Borrowing Materials
Material Borrowing Policy

Patron may borrow up to 12 materials at a time.

A maximum of 4 videos and 4 audios can be checked out at
one time.

Audio books and fiction can be checked out for 2 weeks.

Videos and DVDs can be checked out for 1 week.

Patrons may renew materials twice. Materials may be
renewed on-line using the My Account feature on the library's
main page. Materials may also be renewed by telephone,
or in person at the library.

Rental Books are $.50 for one week.

Audio books are $.50 for two weeks.

Videos are $1 for one week.

DVDs are $1.50 for one week.

Children's book fines are $.10 per day. The maximum
fine for children is $3 per book.

Adult book fines are $.15 per day. The maximum fine for
adults is $6 per book.

Patron accounts will be blocked one the patron has reached
the maximum fine for overdue materials, this includes
computer use. Accounts will be unblocked once the
fine is paid.

Patrons are responsible for paying for lost or damaged
materials. Patrons will be charged the current market
price for materials lost or damaged. Patron accounts
will be blocked until they can pay. If the patron
does not respond to the overdue notices, phone calls and
final bill, a civil complaint will be filed with the local
magistrate.
Renewals

Videos, DVDs and audio books can be renewed twice without
rental fees.

Rental books can be renewed twice without rental fees, only
if there are no holds placed on the book. If there are
holds placed, the book cannot be renewed.
