Tai Chi 6:15 PM to 7:15 PM
8 Week Session: $40.00 tuition - payment due 2nd class (first class free for those that don't continue).
Curriculum will Include:
►108 Posture Long Form
►Standing Meditation
►Deep Breathing Exercises
►Tai Chi Sword
►Two Person “Pushing Hands”
►Gentle & Effective Stretching
Tai Chi is a soft, flowing Chinese Martial Arts Exercise that improves flexibility, posture, balance and coordination, while enhancing concentration and tranquility. Classes will be taught by Howard Peck, who has over 20 years experience studying and teaching Traditional Tai Chi Chuan. His classes are structured and focused, yet flexible and high-spirited. Though self-defense is not taught, the classes will incorporate the Martial Art Principles that lay at the foundation of Traditional Tai Chi Chuan.
