WE are responsible for our own well-being, and there are many articles and advertisements that try to ‘”help” us decide what is best.
But, there are also many facts available that may make that journey a simple and less expensive process, avoiding the use of medicines that have filler such as sawdust, Vaseline, sand, etc.
And, for those of us that don’t break down what we ingest in a productive manner, there is the isotonic delivery of all the nutrients we need for a long, health life.
Isotonic is used to describe solutions for human consumption; it means “of the same fluid pressure as body fluids.” Tears, blood plasma, lymph and other body fluids are all isotonic. The solutions of food that enter the small intestine for absorption and utilisation are (or should be) made isotonic in the stomach by the body.
The food we eat is grown in soil that has been depleted of nutrients since WWII. We don’t come close to getting the level of Vitamin D needed because we no longer spend time in the sun. Vitamin A and C would be coming from our fruit intake, but we would need to be eating bushels of it to get the nutrients to maintain proper health and fight the “free radicals” of today’s lifestyle.
Sleep? the best medicine possible…the average person gets 50% less sleep per night than needed to allow the body to do it’s work toward cellular health and development.
Water? filled with everything thrown down the drain or flushed away in our daily waste removal.
Air? there is no clean air, free of contaminants, unless you have an ionized air filtering system in your home.
Food, exercise, sleep and sun……………..what is was and what it is and how you live as if nothing ever changed.
