Conference Room Fee Schedule
Room C
Seats up to 200 people stadium style and 100 people with tables and chairs.
Resident Non-Profit
$ 50.00 for two hours and $ 25.00 for each hour thereafter.
Non-Resident Non-Profit
$ 75.00 for two hours and $ 25.00
for each hour thereafter.
Resident Organization
$ 125.00 for two hours and $ 50.00 for each hour thereafter.
Non-Resident Organization
$ 150.00 for two hours and $ 50.00 for each hour thereafter.
Kitchen use fee
$ 10.00 per hour with a maximum of $ 40.00 per day.
Deposit
$ 150.00 must be paid to the Library for the use of the Conference Room and/or kitchen facilities. The deposit is refundable provided no damage is incurred during use and the rented area is left clean.
Room D
Seats 10-15 people with tables and chairs.
Resident Non-Profit
$ 15.00 for two hours and $ 5.00 for each hour thereafter.
Non-Resident Non-Profit
$ 25.00 for two hours and $ 5.00 for each hour thereafter.
Resident Organization
$ 40.00 for two hours and $ 5.00 for each hour thereafter.
Non-Resident Organization
$ 50.00 for two hours and $ 5.00 for each hour thereafter.
