Access Account Online

The Millersville Public Library is pleased to offer our patrons the ability to manage their own account through our website. You can view the items you currently have checked out, request a renewal, and view the status of your requested holds. You can search the catalog, create lists, save searches and place holds on items in the catalog.

Click My Account on the library homepage.  In the Library ID field, type the information off the back of your library card. Note the letters MPL must be capitalized. Be sure to type zeros for the number zero and not use the letter O.  Do not include any spaces.

The PIN will be the last four numbers of the phone number we have on your account or the last four digits of your library card, if you have not changed it.

Once you have your library ID and PIN, if you wish, you can create an EZ Log On that allows you to log in without having to know your library card number. This should be a username and password that will be simple for you to remember. We do not have access to your information so if you forget it you will need to log on with your library card and PIN to change it.

On the Account Summary page for your library account, you can view the status of items checked out and the dates they are due. You can also renew your items (if they are renewable). Items cannot be renewed if they are on reserve for another person.  You can view the status of your requests and suspend or cancel your requests. The fines tab shows you any fines on your account.

You can minimize the account summary information by clicking on the X in the tab to return to the search screen. This will bring you to the catalog. While logged in to your account you can search the catalog, place a request on an item if it is not currently available, save searches and create and edit your lists. Patrons also have the ability to tag an item or submit a review.
