Library Board Meetings

Meetings of the Board of Trustees for the Grafton Public Library are monthly on Wednesdays at 6:45 PM, in person, at the library. They are open to anyone who wishes to attend. Notice of meetings and the agenda are posted on the front door of the library at least 24 hours prior to each meeting. In addition, 24-hours' notice of meetings is announced here on our website. If the date and time of the meeting changes, such notice will also be posted on the front door of the library or on our website.

There is time set aside on the agenda every meeting for public comment and correspondence. We welcome public comment during this time. If you wish to address the library board, please contact the library several days in advance to be placed on the agenda. You may also submit written correspondence to be read and addressed.
