Tax Forms

Due to the recent cuts made by Congress, the IRS will not send any Instructional forms and only a select number of forms. That also includes the book, Publication 17. The IRS will only send the Forms 1040, 1040A, and 1040 EZ and the additional forms listed below. Nueces County Library System distributes tax forms on a first come, first served basis.

2017 Tax Year Forms now available at the Library

For the 2017 tax year filing season, we currently have available the following forms and booklets: 1040 Forms and Booklets and 1040EZ Forms. This forms are available by the entrance of the foyer of the Library.

Librarians and staff do not hold forms for patrons.

Tax Preparation Assistance

The Nueces County Keach Family Library will be a VITA Assistance Tax Preparation Site with Volunteers. Please read the flyer for more information on open hours and days at the Keach Family Library.

VITA Tax Assistance

A VITA Site's ability to prepare tax returns for the community is based upon the number of Volunteers.
