Christmas Open House December 6 Enjoy Ed and Kay White’s world famous wassail and other refreshments from 1 to 4 p.m. on Saturday, December 6 at the libraray’s Christmas Open House.
Nothing feels as much like Christmas as singing Christmas Carols. Join us at 1:30 p.m. for joy and mirth as we sing some of your favorites of the season. Paula Ellis will lead the singing accompanied on the piano by Janet Raybin.
And a reformed Scrooge (aka storyteller Jerry Young) will mingle with the crowd enjoying refreshments and then telling the story of Dickens’ “A Christmas Carol” as he assumes the different voices of all the characters in the story. Scrooge has been with us before and the story is just as fresh and enjoyable each time he tells it. Join us for all the fun.
