The Friends of the Pomona Public Library offers interesting programs to members,
and sponsors a number of Library programs including:
-Grandparents and Books - Grandparents reading to children in the Childrens'
Room.
-The Childrens' Summer Reading Program
-The Teen Reading pPogram in the Summer
-Lobby ("Book Nook") Sales
-Bi-monthly book sales
-Bridge Lessons and "Blue Ribbon Scholarship" board games to earn
money for Scholarships for students interested in Library Science
-Book Talk Study Group
-Art Shows
-Trivia Bee for Literacy Program

Meetings are held the 2nd Wednesday of every month, except July and August,
from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon in the Library Conference Room.

The Membership year runs from July 1 to June 30.
-Individual Dues = $10
-Contributing Membership = $15
-Patron Membership = $50
-Life Membership = $100
-Organizational Membership =$50
