City Residents

• Patrons must present a valid picture ID card or license and proof of current address.
• If you are under 18 years of age, a parent or guardian must present a valid picture ID card or license and proof of address.
• There is no library card fee for those who pay City of Sedro-Woolley property taxes.

Residents Who Live Outside the City Limits

• Patrons must present a valid picture ID card or license and proof of current address.
• If you are under 18 years of age, a parent or guardian must present a valid picture ID card or license and proof of address.
• Out of town residents who do not pay City of Sedro-Woolley property taxes, may purchase a library card for 3 months ($15.00), 6 months ($28.00), or 12 months.($56.00). One Library card fee includes everyone living within a household. Senior citizens 65 or older may purchase a card for $32.00 per year of $16.00 for 6 months.
