The library will accept books as gifts if there are not conditions attached. Books which are of no use to the library will be disposed of in any manner the librarian thinks best.
The Library Board of Trustees will accept money and other property only if all conditions attached thereunto are acceptable to them.
The library is unable to appraise books or other items for tax purposes.
