Due to the behavior of patrons we have not opened the teen room back up and we have not set a date to reopen. There has been a lot of destruction of property and lack of respect for the staff of the library. Until these issues have been resolved the teen room will remain closed. This room was made to give teenagers in our service area a place to hang out, but it is a privilege. We apologize if this causes an inconvenience, we know that not every teen patron is responsible. When the behavior issues have been dealt with privileges will be restored. If they do not, computer use will be restricted.
