Housing still elusive for Haiti quake victims
One makeshift camp for homeless Haitians is on the edge of a sewage canal in Port-au-Prince. Two months since the Jan. 12 quake, the government has yet to relocate a single person, despite a pledge that people would be moving into resettlement areas by early February.With torrential rains expected any day, authorities are not even close to providing the shelter they promised for tens of thousands of Haitians left homeless by January's earthquake.
