We deliver library materials to senior centers, assisted living facilities, and nursing homes in the Chippewa River District Library system.

Books in the collection are delivered to various locations and are rotated every six weeks. The collections include fiction and non-fiction books in regular print, large print, and audio formats.

There is no charge for this service and users do not need a library card to participate. Books are checked out to the organization and are marked with a location and due date to minimize confusion over where to return the items. Of course, seniors are still welcome to come to the library to check out books and attend our programs!

If your organization is interested in participating in the rotating book collection, call Corey at (989) 773-3242, ext. 210 or email to register. Your organization will be added to our rotation and you will receive a collection as soon as one becomes available.
