The East Albemarle Regional Library (EARL) Board of Directors will hold a special meeting at 11:00 am on March 16, 2026. The meeting will take place at the Barco Library, located at 261 Caratoke Highway, Barco, NC 27917.

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss a plan and budget amendment for the remaining EARL funds, as well as to increase the travel budget.
