History buffs, here’s your chance to share your favorite books with like-minded readers! Whether your interest is in local, state, national, or international history, the library’s History Roundtable is a go-to place for connecting with others and exploring diverse perspectives.
During the COVID-19 closure, we are hosting these meetings via Zoom. For the best audio and video experience, we recommend you download the free version of Zoom, test your mic, and use a webcam.
Please register by calling the front desk, whether you've attended previous sessions, or whether this will be your first one. To ensure that everyone has a chance to talk about his/her book, we limit group size to 12.
Present whatever history book you are currently reading (even if you’re in the middle of a book) and enjoy a spirited dialog. In a readers’ circle, conversation inevitably covers the books brought plus other topics, so everyone walks away with inspiration for further reading. We look forward to seeing you!
There is no charge for this program.
