Explore resources about deaf culture and community

After a two year review and development process between the Central Rappahannock Regional Library and the Library of Virginia, the Deaf Culture Digital Library (DCDL) was established in 2021. This site provides resources about deaf culture, acquires and preserves a collection of deaf resources in digital formats, and offers assistance to Virginia residents and library staff in all libraries in the state of Virginia.
