A Play Group for children ages 0-5 and their parents or caregivers will take place in the Meeting Room of the Clarion Free Library on Wednesday, March 7th at 10:00. Children will have the opportunity to explore a variety of toys, puzzles, and books. A parent–educator from Clarion County’s Promise will be here to talk with parents and answer questions about their child’s development.
