PML Writes is a writing program held at the library every first & third Monday of each month, from 3pm-4pm.
The first Mondays will have a focused workshop with the option to seek critique on a current WIP. You can view the itinerary of what to expect here.
The third Mondays will be a round table with a focus on goal-setting and general, casual discussions on writing. You can view the itinerary of what to expect here.

PML Writes 2024 Schedule
* Events labeled "Library Events" are programs being held by the library, not PML Writes, but are related to writing and the craft. PML Writes encourages all members to attend these events. November 4th's workshop is cancelled in favor of the author program.
Monday November 4th @ 3pm: S & E Black Present ‘The Chimera Snare: Fragments’
Authors Shannon Vierra (S. Black) and Edward Ayllon (E. Black) present their novel “The Chimera Snare: Fragments”, the first of a series. They will be discussing the novel, their journey as writers, and offer a Q&A.
Saturday November 9th @ 10am: Texas Writes in Fredericksburg
Texas Writes is a statewide program that brings accomplished authors to rural libraries for a half day of presentations and panel discussions focused on the craft of writing. This program will feature two authors presenting on topics related to the craft of writing.
