Welcome to our Children's Department.   We have story time, special programs and a summer reading program to entertain and educate children.    Our children's room houses books and materials appropriate for children birth through the 8th grade. We have books, movies, music, audiobooks, and toys.  We also have resources for parents and teachers.   Check out our computer lab, that includes special touch-screen computers designed with children in mind.   We have plenty of comfortable areas to sit and enjoy a book.   Many children like to play with our train table.   We have friendly and knowledgable staff who are willing to help you find just the right book.    Got a 4th-6th grader?  Check out our Tween Page.
