Reclaiming Calm

Wednesdays at 11:30am

The class is led by Sandy Fowler of Reclaiming Calm and we’ll be practicing yoga nidra. Yoga nidra is a simple, guided meditation which only requires that you lie down (or sit) and listen.

This simple practice brings profound relaxation and allows you to rest, heal, and transform at all levels of your being.

Please bring a yoga mat or something to lie on. It is also suggested that you bring a light blanket as you may get chilly.
